Mark Halliday
CEO and Founder
Mark Halliday is a Canadian immigrant who grew up in Nashville’s music scene before dedicating over 24 years to military service as a combat leader and Public Affairs professional. As an Army Reserve Officer with dual experience in civilian and military roles, he brings a rare, authentic understanding of military, veteran, and government marketing to every campaign. He holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing and Communications from West Virginia University and studied PR and communications at the Department of Defense Information School. Mark has a proven track record of building and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, using data analysis to optimize media strategy for maximum impact; bringing an authentic ability to engage veterans, defense contractors, and combat soldiers alike to his work in the civilian sector.
JOSEPH VIGIL
Content Strategist
Joseph Vigil is an accomplished multimedia specialist and Public Relations leader with over two decades of experience directing high-impact digital content strategies. Blending a hands-on B.S. in Digital Media and Web Technologies with the advanced strategic insights of an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communication, Joseph brings an award-winning edge to video production and visual storytelling. From managing creative departments and tracking thousands of multimedia projects to personally producing award-winning video content, he combines expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills with data-driven audience engagement. A proven leader who has modernized multimedia training to industry standards, he offers an elite combination of cinematic editing mastery and high-level marketing strategy to help brands captivate audiences and elevate their digital footprint.
David Waters
Video Production & Content Creator
David Waters is an award-winning television producer, cameraman, editor, journalist, and public relations professional with more than 30 years of experience creating content for local, national, and international audiences. A former spokesperson for the Space Shuttle program, his work spans news, spaceflight, science, and technology, with clients and partners including Blue Origin, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, PBS NewsHour, and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. He specializes in storytelling, field production, interviewing, camera operation, and editing.
Tim Yao
Director & Content Creator
Tim Yao is an Emmy-nominated director with over 18 years of experience, currently directing content for Dhar Mann Studios where each web episode averages 6 million views. As an Army Reserve Public Affairs Officer, Tim is an accomplished military documentarian — named Army Reserve Videographer of the Year in 2018, Visual Information Chief for Afghanistan in 2019 working directly for General Scott Miller, and writer/director of the first-ever scripted short film in the Army. Through the art of filmmaking, Tim continues to honor veterans through storytelling.

With four years of experience behind the lens, I am a passionate videographer dedicated to capturing content that goes beyond the surface and tells a compelling story. My journey in videography has been shaped by my service as a Public Affairs Specialist in the Army Reserves, where I honed my skills working on a diverse range of projects that demanded precision, creativity, and the ability to communicate powerful messages through visual storytelling. I bring that same discipline, dedication, and eye for detail to every project I take on. Whether it is a brand campaign, event coverage, or promotional content, my goal is always the same, to create visually stunning videos that connect with audiences and bring your story to life.
Crystal Kholodenko

An aspiring videographer and documentarian, Crystal Kholodenko joins the Two Ravens Marketing Team as the first in our mentorship program. Crystal brings a passion for capturing authentic human experiences and stories rooted in genuine emotion and connection. With an interest in creating films that feel immersive, personal, and timeless, Crystal brings an energetic and youthful perspective to our creative projects. Two Ravens is excited to welcome her to the team and looks forward to working with her on many exciting projects to come.
